Farm Operation Executive

Prepare and manage all reports related to farm operations, such as production reports, inventory reports, and financial reports.
- Receive and inspect deliveries of farm materials eg: seeds, nutrients and packaging materials. Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, supplies and replenish accordingly.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage all general affairs tasks, such as ordering and maintaining office supplies, scheduling farm cleaning services, and coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance.
- Handle all correspondence and communication related to farm operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for farm operations.
- Participate in meetings with other departments to discuss farm operations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all administrative tasks and activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a farming or agricultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to move around the farm as needed.
