Le Petit Society is a leading baby and kids clothing brand committed to crafting high-quality, sustainable products designed with children and families in mind. We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Associate to help us create engaging visual content to captivate our audience and bring our brand to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Support the conducting of market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the baby and kids clothing industry
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduate, or 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer products
- Proficiency in use of photo and video editing programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
- Basic photography skills would be a strong plus
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Work Schedule**:

- Mondays to Fridays
- 9am to 6pm
