- Follow up and resolve any customers complaints issues during the collections
- Maintain and upkeep Warehouse Cleanliness at all times
- Verifies the accuracy of outgoing goods
- Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by Team Lead

Job Requirements:

- PC literate as to use handheld scanner to release goods
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
- 5.5 days work week
