Position Summary
Position Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Program Management Framework: Implement and maintain standardized program management methodologies to ensure consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance alignment with strategic goals.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to support program objectives.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional strategic projects that support the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives.
Position Requirements
- BA/BS/BEng Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or enterprise PMO roles
- PMP, PgMP certifications are highly desirable
- Experience with portfolio management solutions (e.g. Planisware) is a plus
