Senior Project Operations Manager

**Position Summary**:
The main role of the Senior Project Operations Manager is to provide robust project management and operational oversight in line with the business strategy and objectives. He/she will be leading teams of Project Managers, Engineers and Technicians to ensure smooth projects deliveries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage the Project Operations team, including Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors
- Ensure the proper full cycle deployment of projects.
- Responsible for the structure, growth and success of the Project Operations team
- Ensure quality standards and processes are followed by all parties involved such as the Project Operations team, subcontractors and any other external partners
- Manage the projects with the team and ensure that the customer expectations, milestones and financial targets are met
- Work closely with the Project Integration team in charge of project studies
- Act as an interface between the Deployment team and the other departmentsSupport in structuring, organizing and improving deployment processes
**Required Education/Experience**:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience leading a team of Project Managers, Engineers and supervisors
- Experience from audio-visual, technology (hardware/networking), construction/ building, corporate office set-up, Architecture & Planning or related industry
- Experience managing installation of complex and technical projects
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and integrate new tools and processes easilyDemonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills
