Job Responsibilities

Conduct 1-1 or small groups of lessons from lesson planning

Inspire and motivate students to excel in attaining their objectives for having tuition classes: be it exam preparation and academic improvement

Develop trust and connection with both students and parents

Participate in activities and events that contribute to the general growth of the company

Evaluate the students' progress through regular standard feedback processes

Job Requirements

IB graduates with good academic results or University degree holder

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English

At least 1-3 years of full-time/part-time English tutoring experience required

Those with experience working with international students are a bonus.

Able to work from 3pm-9pm on weekdays and 7:00am-9:pm on weekend.
