Storage Demand Planning Senior Manager

Essential Requirements
- Lead Storage Demand Planning team to deliver a highly accurate UPP to support business growth and meet financial target
- Engage at a cross-organizational level to align market, capability, and strategies into a single demand plan for APJC Storage business and continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Utilize knowledge of all product lines within a segment to manage product volume & lifecycle assumptions
- Work with marketing to translate campaign & lead generation program expectations to demand predictions & changes
- Provide input into corporate finance and sales leaders to guide financial planning in the 6-12 month timeframe
- Guide commodity level forecast and improve accuracy to drive business success
- Develop team as an inspiring and caring manager

Desirable Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar function and 2+ years of experience as people manager
- Excellent analytical and business modelling skills
- Strong understanding of storage/server/network market trends, dynamics and competitors
- Solid capacity to lead cross-functional discussions
- Able to influence decisions at all senior management levels and manages multiple products with significant impact on an SBU / region.
- Master degree and above in Science or Technology
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin as this role needs to cover China market
