**Your tasks**:

- Support Hardware Engineers in preparing and reworking PCBA prototypes for testing in a timely manner
- Able to read circuit schematic diagram
- Manual soldering skills down to 0201, QFP, QFN, BGA, CSP, Fine Pitch(0.2mm) SMT components
- IPC-A-610 CIS (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) certification preferred
- Experienced with BGA rework station is a plus
- Troubleshoot RF and digital in PCB boards
- Oversee the utilization of workbenches in Hardware Labs which includes sourcing for tools and equipment
- Perform material inventory check, ensure sufficient lab consumables and work with vendor on equipment calibration
- Able to use lab equipment such as Power Supplies, Spectrum analyzers to support lab testing
- Responsible for the 5S of Engineering Workshop
- Support internal/external ISO14001 audit activities
- Experienced in WSH & Risk Management

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Dedicated team player with strong job commitment
- Effective communicator and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented
