Customer Care and Demand Planning Manager

Responsible for demand forecasting and supply planning of spares material to support customer needs
Work with external and internal stakeholders to determine stock replenishment matters, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures
Responsible for warehousing and distribution programmes planning in order to support 24 x 7 environment, for co-ordinating scrapping & disposal activities.
Manage third party vendor selection and providers’ Key Performance Indicators
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Enforce business processes and work flows to enable efficient and effective operations
Oversee order management activities including quotation, order processing and delivery by the customer support team, and provide guidance for resolutions of escalation, complaints and prioritization issues
Liaise with corporate to analyze schedules and updating customers on the order status by managing internal sales and field service personnel
Ensure operating functions are in compliance with transportation regulations, including hazardous materials and foreign trade compliance.
Responsible for attending foreign trade audit, filing and reporting to customs
Responsible for internal KPIs, annual Performance Management & Development exercise, Training & Development of the direct reports.
Develop and mentor high-potential personnel in order to continuously build a stronger team as well as provide opportunities for qualified internal personnel.
**Requirement**:
Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
More than 8 years of relevant experience in customer care, logistics and planning portfolio
Familiar with the local transportation laws and regulations including Foreign Trade Compliance
Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
