We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. **The Role**:
Are you passionate about using data to solve real-world challenges? We are seeking a motivated and curious Data Science Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects that directly impact our business. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced professionals, and develop your skills in the in-demand field of data science.

**About Our Projects**:
Our data science team tackles a variety of projects aimed at optimising our operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving business growth. Here are some of the projects you could be involved in:

- Demand Forecasting: Anticipating future product demand to enhance inventory control and production scheduling.
- Personalised Recommendations: Providing tailored suggestions to customers to enhance satisfaction and interaction.
- Attribute Tagging: Automating product attribute labelling to enhance search and filtering functions.
- Size Recommendation: Suggesting optimal sizes for customers based on their measurements and preferences.
- Fraud Prevention: Detecting and flagging potential fraudulent activities to safeguard against risks.

**Requirements**:
**What We Are Looking For**:

- Data wizard with a fashion flair: Possess a strong foundation in Python, SQL, statistics and machine learning.
- Problem-solving aficionado: Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team player with an independent spirit: Collaborate seamlessly while taking initiative and ownership of your projects

**Advantageous to Have**:

- Experience working with Databricks, PySpark, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Metabase is a plus
- Passionate learner: Eager to delve into the world of fashion e-commerce data and continuously hone your skills
