OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for inventory management to include meeting annual dollar and DIOH working capital objectives.
- Improve forecast accuracy which will improve inventory on hand and turns.
- Work with the VP of Sales / Sales Team to ensure monthly revenue forecasts are met.
- Ensure that customer backlogs are current and past dues are at mínimal levels.
- Develop / provide forecasts to JCI manufacturing plants and third-party suppliers.
- Work with Product Management on NPI launches.
- Oversee day-to-day supply planning responsibilities and expediating.
- Be able to handle ad hoc requests from Corporate.

**What we look for**:

- Degree with minimum 5 years s of supply chain management with a focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) procedures. Experience managing direct reports.
- Experience with BaaN; SAP and Logility will be a plus.
- Manage four direct report professionals.
- Will be part of the Security Senior Management Team.
