**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for engineering-related materials, components, and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Work with logistics providers to manage shipping schedules and resolve transportation issues.
- Optimize logistics processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to align supply chain operations with business needs.
- Communicate supply chain constraints and risks to stakeholders and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.
- Send documents and shipment advice to our customers within the time frame
- Ensure L/C documents are cleaned and presented to the banks with the L/C presentation period.
- Update records and maintain proper filing system
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and functionality of the facility to support operations.
- Identify and address facility-related issues or concerns promptly
- Handle import and export procedure and documentations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain coordination.
- Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to details and equip with creative problem-solving ability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
