Singapore TOP SKY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents
- Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff communication
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office supplies
- Record and maintain simple daily cash transactions and assist in petty cash reporting
- Liaise with government agencies (MOM, ICA, etc.) when needed
- Support the accounting team with basic data entry and invoice filing
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Prior working experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Able to handle basic bookkeeping or simple accounting records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers)
