University Relations or Grad and Intern Program, we are team with multicultural members, focus on operate and develop company’s Grads Hiring and Internship Program including with Campus Branding towards Universities and schools in APAC region.

We are seeking an HR Talent Acquisition professional with experiences in university recruitment to support our Grad and Intern Program within Singapore & Malaysia. This position will be based in Singapore office and will provide extensive interaction with Seagate’s HR & talent acquisition teams, executives, and hiring managers

**About the role - you will**:

- Influence Campus branding strategy and identify multiple access points to reach students at portfolio schools
- Promote University Relations program through various channels and social media such as university career sites, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, etc.
- Work with Business Unit leaders & recruiters to plan, organize and execute university-based recruitment events.
- Deliver Seagate’s Grad & Intern Program presentations for internal & external audiences when necessary.
- Manage a portfolio of colleges and universities and cultivate new relationships to source talented interns and new graduate talent.
- Build relationships that will enable Seagate to leverage our investments with campus deans, faculty/staff members in target schools/degree programs, career service representatives, advisors, student leaders, relevant student groups on campus, and alumni groups.
- Manage the Grads & Interns Program for Singapore & Malaysia market including with speaker sessions, professional network events, and variety of communications prior to onboarding and during the internship program.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in driving Grad & Intern recruiting programs for college graduates and interns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence, inform and guide others
- Ability to deliver campus speaking engagements and prepare presentations for various staff and executive meetings
- Goods with Data Analytical by using Microsoft Excel (Ex. Pivot Table and V-look up)

The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center.
