Singapore LEAD MARINE SERVICE PTE. LTD. Full time

Preparing payment of all invoices on behalf of the management.
- Recording of payments in the accounting system.
- Prepare schedule of owners expense after the expenses have been checked and validated.
- Checking Master’s cash account and slop chest account.
- Checking vessels wage account/home allotments of float staff.
- Checking the calculation and settlement of final leave pay of seafarers.
- Monthly data entry into accounting system.
- Handle all petty cash claims.
- Assist in other secretarial function as required.
