We are a wellness institution specializing in the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies and modern beauty treatments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promoting and effectively represent and communicate the brand through passion and understanding of all our services.
- Perform face, head spa and body slimming treatments with excellent skill and service attitude.
- Make professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service with professional touch.
- Play an active role in customer referral and retention.
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment, work area.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Be proactive in going the extra mile for customers with a can-do attitude in providing them with excellent customer service.
- Possess relevant CIDESCO/ ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness Certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Training will be provided.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
