Your primary responsibilities include leading a team of sales and rental associates, driving sales revenue, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring efficient rental procedures.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**:Lead a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Rental Operations**:Oversee rental operations, including fleet management, customer service, and reservation processes.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:Set the standard for exceptional customer service. Interact with customers, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and ready for sale or rental.
- **Financial Management**:Participate in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Analyze sales, costs, and profits.
- **Team Management**:Train, mentor, and manage sales and rental staff. Develop leadership skills and enhance teamwork.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and rentals. Manage digital marketing, advertising, and social media promotion.
- **Legal and Compliance**:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to car sales and rentals. Train staff on legal requirements and ethical practices.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:Utilize CRM software for managing customer interactions and data. Create and maintain customer profiles for personalized service.
