**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with the school's cirriculum, catering to each students' unique learning abilities and styles.
- Build students' confidence and motivation by recognizing their achievements, setting realistic goals, and providing positive reinforcement. Assess students' learning needs and academic progress to tailor tutoring sessions accordingly. Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians on areas of improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience, particularly with primary school students, is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students learn and succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining a consistent tutoring schedule.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically after-school hours from Monday to Friday.

Location: Bishan Street 11

Pay: $15/hour
