The Centre for Labour Information and Analytics (CLIA) provides reliable and up-to-date economic, Labour and HR information to assist employers in making informed decisions. The Centre also provides the latest insights on Labour market, human capital, and employment practices through a process of research and analysis. CLIA focuses on surveys and publications through SNEFInsights and provide research and advocacy support for the National Wages Council (NWC) and tripartite workgroups. CLIA also takes on human capital projects in support of members. In 2020/2021, over 1400 unique members and employers benefitted from CLIA services.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of executives in delivering the outputs of the Centre.
- The deliverables include supporting human capital projects, policy research and survey and analytics through SNEFInsights.
- Work with members and employers to collect, fuse, analyze and evaluate data to translate into insights.
- This includes salary, benefits, and other human capital and/or economic data.
- Research on work, workplace, and workforce issues to develop employers’ position on manpower policies.
- This is in view of supporting internal departments in decision-making and external communications. Research is also shared externally through playbooks and toolkits.
- Conduct human capital consulting projects, which assist employers in the implementation of progressive workplace practices.

**Qualifications**
- 4 to 8 years of experience in human capital consulting, research and/or partnerships, preferably having shown leadership at work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Believes in working in teams to bring the best out of collaborations internally and external partnerships.
- Keen interest in human capital, Labour and economic data, insights, research, and analytics.
- Prior work experience with tripartite, government and HR consulting partners preferred.
