Singapore ALINK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**1)**Prepare & submit quotation**
- Obtain costings from suppliers
- Prepare cost breakdown, mark-ups, and final pricing for review
- Submit quotation to client

**2)**Prepare DO & invoices for completed projects**
- Coordinate with project team for sign-off and documentation.
- Send DO and invoice to client with supporting documents
- Record issued invoices in the accounts system (SQL)

**3)**Collect & prepare payment claims from employees**
- Receive and review payment claim forms (e.g. for petty cash, project expenses).
- Compile claims for processing

**4)**Process Salary Payment**
- Collate monthly attendance and leave records, Compile daily attendance sheets
- Calculate OT, allowances, and deductions
- Prepare payroll summary and payslips
- Issue payslips and arrange payments
- Arrange salary disbursement via bank

**5)**CPF submission**
- Submit contributions via CPF Board’s online system

**6)**GST submission to IRAS**

**7)**Update of accounts**
- Enter daily transactions (sales, expenses, payments) into accounting system
- Reconcile bank statements monthly against accounting records
- Track payables and receivables.

**9) Work Pass Administration**
- Apply, renew, and cancel work passes (WP, S Pass, EP) via MOM.

**10) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned**
