Are you interested in assessing real estate investment market trends? Do you have a knack for transforming large data sets into comprehensive reports? Are you good at storytelling based on market insights?

**We’re looking for an experienced research analyst to**:

- conduct economic, capital market and real estate market research focusing on the APAC region
- maintain, collect and review our database system for global capital flow reporting process
- produce periodic APAC regional economic and real estate outlook reports that seek to inform and promote our research and thought leadership capabilities
- develop and maintain presentations for use by research managers and capital markets producers
- coordinate with local research teams for global presentations and publications
- proactively track and evaluate data sources in the region, maintain a watchful eye on emerging trends

**Your team**:
You’ll be working in the APAC Capital Markets Research team, responsible for identifying well researched, original and actionable investment ideas for the APAC real estate markets. Your bottom up and top-down research will help steer our regional strategic investment advisory.

**Your expertise**:

- ideally 2 years or more of research experience within real estate or the financial services industry
- excellent understanding of regional economies, capital trends and property markets
- degree in a real estate, social science, or investment related discipline
- post-graduate degrees and professional designations are desirable but not essential
- collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
- highly numerate and analytical
- adept at articulating views on and off paper, in a concise and confident manner
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- fluent English is necessary; additional language skills are desirable
- general computer literacy with mastery of Microsoft Office products
