**About the Role**:
CBRE is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data center infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. Operating at the intersection of critical infrastructure, real estate, and technology, this role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of hyperscale and enterprise-scale data center builds for some of the world's most demanding clients.**What you'll do**:

- Own the full delivery lifecycle of data center infrastructure programs—from design validation and scope planning through site execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for global clients, aligning CBRE’s delivery model with client objectives, SLAs, and compliance standards.
- Develop and execute integrated project schedules, resource plans, and cost frameworks that align with business-critical milestones and contractual commitments.
- Lead the review of client-issued design packs (cut-sheets, patching matrices, rack elevations), ensuring technical integrity and constructability across disciplines.
- Direct on-site operations, including structured cabling, power distribution, mechanical systems, and rack deployments, with strict adherence to health, safety, and performance KPIs.
- Identify and manage project risk through early detection and mitigation planning. Ensure all phases meet the highest standards of quality, documentation, and compliance.
- Oversee the creation of executive-level reporting and insights, including daily progress updates, variance reports, and strategic escalations.

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience interfacing at C-suite and enterprise client levels
- Strong command of technical disciplines: structured cabling, electrical systems, MEP integration, and ICT infrastructure
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Strategic thinker with operational agility and a proactive leadership style
