We are looking for a highly analytical and technically proficient **Business Analyst**to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, wireframes, and process flows
- Collaborate with software developers to design and develop custom features or modules
- Write and validate user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
- Conduct system and integration testing; support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide post-deployment support and ongoing system analysis for optimization

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
**Business Analysis**:

- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and functional documentation
- Solid understanding of business operations and ability to align IT solutions accordingly
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies

**Technical / Software Development**:

- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, VB, or C#)
- Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., SQL) and version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Familiar with REST APIs, basic system architecture, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- **At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven software development exposure**:

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is a plus
- Experience working in Agile software teams
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as **Infor M3**and **Microsoft Dynamics 365**is highly desirable
