Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of product management experience with technical products.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product goals, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience building early-stage teams and driving product-led growth strategies.
- Experience establishing first-of-kind engagements with third-party partners.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Obsession for delightful, well-crafted, design-led user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the overall leadership for Android Singapore, and represent Singapore capabilities at the core global Android framework.
- Prioritize, scope, and derisk projects by partnering with Engineering, UX, Business Development, external partners, and third-party developers.
- Grow and foster a highly diverse, inclusive, and mission driven cross-functional team to solve the hardest problems for our users and partners.
- Overlook teams based on key user, market, and technical insights.
