The Research & FinLit team in the Equities unit is responsible for research content generation on the Singapore equities market, investor education and outreach initiatives/activities. This role will have a focus on SGX Academy, centered around investor education, financial literacy and professional training. This entails the development, enhancement and implementation of investor education and professional development programmes, and building new channels and partnerships with industry partners and community platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement investor education initiatives and programmes with a focus on the Singapore market
- Work closely with financial training providers, academic institutions, and industry partners to grow the trainer pool and programmes
- Build partnerships and expand channels/community platforms for investor outreach and engagement
- Develop marketing and outreach plans and initiatives to drive investor activities in the Singapore market
- Vendor management, logistics and events management to ensure smooth running of events/programmes
- Generate and curate content to pitch Asia/Singapore/SGX, help shape and broadcast SGX's securities market
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast-evolving space

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or other finance related qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in related roles, eg. retail investors marketing, financial education, training/development
- Analytical and well versed in local markets/equities
- Knowledge in capital markets, investing
- Resourceful, self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and multi-tasking competence
- Highly adaptable and able work independently to drive initiatives
- Outgoing personality and comfortable in engaging a diverse cross section of stakeholders
- Team player in a fast paced environment
