**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage live trading systems during night shifts to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Execute and oversee high-frequency trading strategies, ensuring alignment with market conditions and firm objectives.
- Collaborate with trading, engineering, and operations teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Analyze market data and trading performance to identify opportunities for strategy optimization.
- Maintain detailed logs of trading activities and incidents, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate critical issues promptly to senior traders or technical teams for resolution.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and HFT strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, particularly during night shifts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Rust, or SQL) is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a 24/7 trading schedule.
