**Finance Assistant**

This position reports to the Regional Finance Manager.

We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Finance Assistant with a genuine interest in business and accounting to join our Finance team and be involved in our daily finance and accounting operation duties.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accounting Records and Transaction Management
- Managing partial accounts and recording AP entries.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions and management reporting

2. Accounts Payable and Vendor Management
- Preparing outgoing payables and providing payment advice
- Vendor registration and Management in the system
- Managing vendor balance reconciliation and following up with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Bank Account and Expense Management
- Preparing Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Reviewing and Processing employees’ monthly expense claims

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management etc.
- A team player, portraying a friendly disposition with demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
- Detail oriented, meticulous, and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous
