2. Prepare quotation and tender documents.

3. Attend the clients' meeting regarding committed projects.

4. Monitoring the project to ensure it meets agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.

5. Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site if any issues arise.

6. Prepare the project reports every day to track work progress.

7. Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.

8. Ensuring that workers on the working site adhere to health and safety as well as sustainability policies and legislation.

9. Prepare the cost estimation for manpower and materials used in the project.

10. Conduct QA/QC inspections to assess both the facilities and the quality of work on the project site.

11. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

12. Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.

13. Develop engineering plans for construction, renovation, and repairs projects.

14. Coordinate with the supervisor, manage project schedules and budgets, and attend weekly meetings.

15. Manage day-to-day construction activities at the construction site, including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, and oversight of material deliveries.

16. Every morning, pick up workers from the dormitory and transport them to the worksite.

18. Submit the project report to the director and project management weekly.

**Job Requirements**

1. Master’s degree or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in performance and Development Leadership and management.

3. Project management and communication skills

4. A good working knowledge of business regulations, standards, and procedures
