[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver diploma-level lectures and tutorials for pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET) programs. Utilize diverse teaching methodologies, including lectures, seminars, tutorials, and E-Learning, to cater to varied learning styles;
- Develop and continuously update teaching and learning materials to ensure the relevance of our Public Relations and/or Marketing-related modules. Integrate the use of technology such as digital content creation, curation, and analytics, to prepare leaners for the evolving communications landscape. Implement hands-on projects and industry-based assignments that simulate real-world PR and corporate communications scenarios;
- Foster strong relationships with industry partners and professional bodies to stay abreast of current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the PR profession. Collaborate with these partners to create opportunities for internships, guest lectures, and industry projects;
- Undertake and manage industry projects in the areas of PR/Corporate Communications, Crisis Communications, CSR Integration, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives and Media Relations;
- Plan, coordinate and implement events, seminars, immersion trips, alumni and other student activities such as webinar and career fair, study trip;
- Develop and guide learners in their holistic development and provide pastoral care and career guidance;
- Coach and provide guidance to learners during their internship.

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in business, communications or journalism
- At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas in Singapore:

- Public Relations / Corporate Communications
- Media Relations
- Issues & Crisis Communications
- Journalism
- Strong communications and good interpersonal skills, with ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- As this is an applied training environment, hands-on and field experience in relevant areas as well as willingness and ability to coach youths and adult learners in the field is a must.
