**Role: Vice President - Information Security & Technology Risk (APAC)**

You will oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Bank’s information security and technology risk framework across the APAC region. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating security risks, and strengthening cyber resilience through effective governance, standards, and controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and assess APAC regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity, information security, and technology risk
- Ensure robust security policies, controls, and risk frameworks are implemented and maintained across the region
- Conduct risk assessments for new IT systems and verify technical and functional controls
- Collaborate with internal IT and security teams on initiatives including penetration testing and threat monitoring
- Lead security awareness programmes and training for employees
- Prepare MI reports, KPIs, and KRIs to monitor risk and compliance
- Support global and regional risk initiatives and liaise with stakeholders via committees and working groups
- Investigate SIEM alerts and support breach investigations if needed
- Monitor external threat intelligence and assist in regulatory responses

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in information security, tech risk, or IT security in a multinational environment
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or SANS GIAC preferred
- Solid knowledge of APAC cybersecurity regulations and risk assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with security tools (e.g., Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, APT tools), cloud and virtualisation environments
- Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and other relevant frameworks
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is required for China and Taiwan regulatory work and communication with North Asia stakeholders
