**Position Summary**

Hex Trust is growing rapidly, and to cope with that growth we would like to add a Finance professional to the team. We are looking for a VP to focus on corporate accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, and have a keen interest in developing your career in the blockchain industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the month-end closing process, including bookkeeping and preparation of schedules
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Oversee the reconciliation of data from various sources against accounting data
- Liaise with external auditors to prepare audited financial statements for the group and subsidiaries according to various statutory requirements
- Prepare compliance reports in accordance with various regulatory requirements
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in financial reporting
- CPA/ACCA is a must. Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese preferred
- Experience with Xero accounting software is advantageous
- Immediate availability is preferred
