Actively involved in R&D activities which included lab-scale compounding of polymer sample, test specimen preparation, testing and maintain and upkeep the test data

**Jobs responsibility**:

- Performing lab-scale and pilot-level compounding of new polymer / filler systems.
- Performing injection moulding to prepare the test specimen for plastic testing.
- To conduct polymeric material testing.
- To maintain and upkeep test data, injection moulding process parameter, and all related documents.
- Ensures that lab machinery is operated following established processing, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
- Cleans and prepares machinery for efficient changeovers and subsequent compounding & injection moulding process.
- To conduct polymeric material testing.

- Trouble-shoots processing problems to ensure production of quality products.
- Keep complete and accurate of process records.
- Assists routine maintenance of machinery & auxiliary equipment.
- Maintains surrounding work area according to established housekeeping standards.
- Complies with established safety policies and procedures.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assign by your superior due to changes in organization or business direction.
- Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Science or Engineering.
- Ability to work independently in laboratory with minimum supervision.
- Good team player and willing to collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Able to work under fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
