Our client is a Japanese Company that is an integral part of the automotive industry.
- Now they are looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join their Sustainability Department.- 【 What you will be doing 】- Engage with suppliers to track and monitor their ESG metrics and sustainability practices
- Support suppliers’ efforts to develop and implement action plans to enhance sustainability practices
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive database to document and organize supplier sustainability performance
- Design and maintain a dashboard with tracking templates to evaluate outputs and impacts, facilitating risk monitoring
- Identify trends, insights, and areas of potential enhancement, crafting strategies to improve ESG performance using the gathered data
- Compile and present structured reports and other sustainability disclosures, detailing processes and findings for internal stakeholders
- Keep updated on industry trends, regulations, and certifications to ensure our processes are in line with the best practices
- Participate actively in shaping our sustainability strategy and be instrumental in its execution

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Environmental Science, Sustainability, and Agricultural economics)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a business analyst, commodities upstream supply chain, or other related fields
- A strong grasp of sustainability standards and practices, especially related to procurement and supply chain operations will be an advantage
- Proven problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data management tools and software
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work both independently and collaboratively across varied teams**English Level**:
