We are a growing engineering consulting company based in Singapore, seeking for a high performing professional to join us as a Executive Engineer - Mechanical (Building Services).

**Executive Engineer - Mechanical (Building Services)**

**Responsibilities**

***In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Under the supervision of Senior Engineers, to perform initial engineering task on the mechanical services detailed design for building projects
- To prepare submission to authorities for approval of design
- To attend to project meeting with Client, PM and Consultants from other disciplines
- To attend site project meeting and site inspection and respond to technical queries
- Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
- Handle client liaison and reporting
- Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

**Key Requirements**
- ** D**egree in a Mechanical Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design & supervision of building service projects **(Those with 5 years’ experience and/or Certified Professional Engineers will be considered for a senior position).**:

- Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage
- Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
- Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Able to work independently & exercise initiative
- Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
- A team, client and delivery focused working style
- Experience in a consulting environment
