- Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of piping, ACMV, HVAC, and electrical system / power plant layouts
- Create and modify existing engineering design and models
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
- Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
- Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
- Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants
- Responsible to check / detect and rectify any BIM clashes

**Requirements**:

- Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) preferred
- Good knowledge of CAD software and well-versed in using BIM software / tools, such as Autodesk Revit
- Minimum 3 years of related drafting experience in the M&E (ACMV) in Construction Industry
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent and technologically forward-looking
