**Principal, Technology Consulting (CIO Advisory)** leader to deliver values for EPAM clients by identifying, architecting, and delivering transformational consulting services. This is not the average consulting leadership role, EPAM’s CIO & Technology Consulting team is like a technology consulting startup with impeccable engineering credibility at the world’s most well-known brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-to-end consulting services while helping clients align business and technology by the following:

- Digital Transformation Partner - Establish trusted Digital advisor status with C and VP level clients by proactively capitalizing on digital opportunities to deliver business value and deepen client relationships
- IT & Technology Strategies - Develop IT & Technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment to business objectives; bringing an overall customer perspective via extensive personal experience all the while ensuring its ability to be implemented
- IT Operating Models - Design and implement Target Operating Models, aligning them to the client’s organizational strategy ensuring the product, people, process, technology, and data dimensions are appropriately addressed
- Cloud Modernization - Lead hybrid client/EPAM teams in architecting and solutioning Cloud programs, including cloud assessments, migrations strategies and establishing cloud COE’s
- Promote EPAM & CIO Advisory Practice - Proactively grow the CIO Advisory practice by recruiting new and developing existing expertise and skills within the practice. Remain up to date on news, best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 15+ years of progressive responsibility and career growth in a technology consulting environment
- Passion for continuous learning of recent ways of working, business & IT topics and evolving technologies, holding a minimum bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field
- A deep history of leading and growing consulting practices and teams within a consulting organization
- A successful track record of designing, leading, and delivering complex and large-scale digital transformation programs/cloud modernization from opportunity identification through to implementation
- Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience in leading the design and architecting of Target Operating Models across Product, People, Process and Technology within multiple IT domains; achieving confirmed outcomes in ways of operational efficiencies and business benefits
- To be comfortable for traveling up to 50%
