Summary

You will be responsible passenger collection outflow processing (i.e. refunds, chargebacks, fraud mitigation) and contribute to the development of refund procedure and processes policy, as well as to our fraud prevention and detection mechanism. You will help review and make decisions on suspected fraud cases.

**Job Description**:
- Oversee and ensure that the team members carry out their duties and responsibilities, and provide necessary guidance and support;

Fraud Management-
- Operate Fraud Management System and assign tickets for investigatation;- Perform ongoing data analysis on fraud trend, understand the trends and intelligence of fraudulent activities in each local market to further advance our fraud strategy;- Continuously fine tune fraud monitoring rules to enhance higher true positive while minimizing false positive flag;- Provide recommendations to mitigate fraud risk while taking into consideration ways to optimize revenue and enhance customer experience;- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, card scheme rules and regulation, as well as regulatory changes to identify and validate future requirements and opportunities;- Subject matter expert on risk and fraud topics;- Liaise with internal and external party on resolving fraud cases and reporting the case to the Police for further pursuance if requires;- Define key performance metrics and build detailed reporting models for effective tracking, reporting, and feedback on measures implemented;- Develop and maintain the Executive Dashboard for reporting of fraud trends and losses;

Refunds Processing- Oversee the backroom refund processing for various payment modes;- Continuous improvement in refund process automation;- Maintain an up-to-date refund manual- System implementation- Point out potential weaknesses in products, systems, processes, etc., and recommend feasible preventive/corrective measures;- Support related system implementation and enhancement- Support ad-hoc tasks & reports.
