**Job Description & Requirements**

AIsmile is based on the use of Artificial Intelligence, Industry 4.0, and the Industrial Internet to provide dental clinics with digital products and services including the software and digital scanners, and provide more than 400 kinds of Dentures, Orthodontic Braces, Implant Restoration Crown, All-Ceramic Crown, Veneer, Inlay, Post Core, Implant Guide Plate, Implant Crown/Bridge, Electric Toothbrushes, etc.

We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our growing company.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Lead and direct commercial and marketing strategy for The Weiyun Group and AIsmile, in line with The Weiyun Group and AIsmile’s published ambition for investors and stakeholders
- Projecting the exciting and compelling ambition of The Weiyun Group and AIsmile to all stakeholders by living the core vision and values of The Weiyun Group and AIsmile (teams, members, investors, media, regulators etc.)
- Manage all sales, marketing teams across multiple markets across the sea
- Inspire the wider team through compellingly articulating the vision of The Weiyun Group and AIsmile
- Own the reputation of The Weiyun Group and AIsmile in collaboration with Comms and PR teams
- Holistic marketing budget ownership

**THE RIGHT PERSON**
- Problem Solving; must be able to critically analyse and tackle problems and present viable solutions
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional lifestyle experiences
- A deeply analytical thinker with an ability to interpret through a solid understanding of market dynamics, investor and consumer
- Superb attention to detail; material produced is meticulously executed
- Clear and proven credibility in the membership club/member engagement space, and ideally in the corporate sponsorship and collaboration space
- Entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed
- Curious and passionate about consumers and building brands
- Passion; this person needs to be passionate about M., hospitality and lifestyle.
- Strong communication skills; this person is able to present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely. This person needs to be able to communicate clearly at all levels within an organisation.
- Driven by the desire to win and for continuous improvement
- Creativity; they need to be open to new ideas, adventurous and practical simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally

**THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE**
- 10+ years previous relevant experience required with proven technical and analytical acumen
- 5+ years of experience in the construction and operation of artificial intelligence and smart factories
