Responsible for Supply Plan process to meet customer requirements (Demand) through S&OP meeting
- Analyzes internal capacity and develops consensus plan to align supply and demand by close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and regional & global supply chain partners.
- Inventory and supply management are also key functions, Planner is expected to manage high service levels while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- SME for Supply Plan for APAC
- Be responsible for Supply Chain planning and local sales and operations planning process to ensure consistency between consensus forecast and business plan
- Work with local&regional teams to ensure base demand, special events and programs are incorporated into regional forecast submissions
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels utilizing entitlement modeling and identify and drive minimization of write-offs
- Support New Product Launches and effectively manage phase in and phase out or product changes.
- Prepare, execute, and manage the daily/weekly/monthly Supply Planning to achieve customer service, OTIF and inventory goals.
- Develop intimately deep cross sites and cross functional relationships and communication with Suppliers, Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution / Logistics to adjust plans for changes in forecast or actual supply or customer order. Demonstrate comfortability with managing complex business scenarios
- Manage and proactively communicate supply status and critical supply chain metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc analytical analysis, recognize issues, develop plan for resolution, and implement and / or influence the support of key partners to aid implementation.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 4~6 years of experience at work
- Experience in demand and supply planning.
- Knowledge of SCM, Data analytical skills and skillful in Excel.
- ERP(SAP)system experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience preferred from a multi-national or regional company.
- APICS Certification preferred.
