Our client is looking for a Hotel Front Office Executive to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Reception Counter

**Highlights**:

- Location: Near to Dhoby Ghaut MRT
- Salary: Up to $2600
- Working hours: 3 Rotation Shifts
- Benefits: AWS / Performance Bonus

**Challenges**:

- Provide courteous and efficient service and whenever possible, to comply with each and every guest’s requests
- To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints / issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
- To be responsible for the assignment and blocking of rooms for arrival guests, particularly VIPs guests and Groups.
- To be responsible for the preparation of all the necessary materials, Registration Card, Welcome Folder, Fruit Basket, Cake, Key and etc. prior to VIPs guest arrival.
- To work closely with Duty Manager, Reservation and Sales personnel on all VIPs reservation.
- To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
- To ensure that all reservations and cancellation are processed efficiently.
- To keep up to date with room prices and special offers in order to provide accurate information to guests.
- To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant Manager.
- To adhere to all fire safety procedures and to assist in the evacuation process in the event of fire.
- To conduct On the Job Training and provide guidance to junior staff.
- To frequently checks on all hold mails, faxes, messages and hold-for-collection items to ensure that the guests receive them on time.

**What it Takes**:

- Experience in front desk service / customer service
- Knowledge of OPERA system would be an advantage
