**Requirements**:

- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for incidents.
- Provide input to development teams on enhancements and bug fixes.
- Maintain documentation and deliver user training.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in ION Trading platforms (e.g., ION MarketView, ION Trading, ION Pricing).
- Knowledge of front-office trading systems, OMS, and market data platforms.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and electronic trading systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Excel macro and VBA.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
