**About Us**:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated **Logistics Executive**to manage the flow of goods and ensure smooth operations from purchase to delivery.

**Role Overview**:
The **Logistics Executive**will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of client orders, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics. You will work closely with suppliers, project teams, and clients to make sure that all items are properly procured, tracked, and delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Conduct regular stock take and maintain proper inventory records.
- Arrange and schedule delivery of items to client sites in line with project timelines.
- Manage the store/warehouse, ensuring proper organisation and record-keeping.
- Approve and verify inbound stocks, ensuring items received match purchase orders and quality standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, delivery teams, and project staff to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Provide support to project teams in resolving logistics-related issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field**(Polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

**Preferred (Good-to-Have)**:

- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination.
- Class 3/3A Driver’s License (an advantage for site deliveries or urgent stock transfers).
