**Description**:

- As part of the Changi East Safety Division, you will join the team responsible for site management & maintenance activities are carried out accordingly by the respective vendors/contractors at Changi East site for the development of Terminal 5 of Changi Airport. The team ensures the performance of the various site management contractors are to fulfil the site security, safety, and maintenance objectives in accordance with its contractual obligations, at the same time complying with regulatory requirements for aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations.
- Assist in site operations & coordination between CAG and respective site management contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
- Address & resolve on-ground issues in a timely manner by working & collaborating with contractors and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage projects to enhance site management and operational challenges by identifying challenges and inefficiencies on various operational and site management processes.
- Drive collaboration to maintain site management and operations procedures, facilitate consensus building amongst stakeholders whenever there are differing requirements, organise meetings amongst stakeholders and contractors/vendors and tracking the contractual performance of respective site management contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety, security, maintenance, and operational lapses.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned to fulfil the site management function.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience with medium/large corporations (preferably in Facilities/Building Management, Civil Engineering, Ground Operations aviation, construction projects, or related field).
- Strong communication skills with a good command of the English Language and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven and meticulous with the ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
