**Responsibilities:
Incorporate as best practice, continuous improvement process in cloud deployment through monitoring, reporting, evaluating, and improving the cost to performance ratio.

As part of a team of cloud infrastructure engineers to ensure smooth operations and within the budgeted cost and operational expenses.

Engage, design and deliver the cloud operation services to customers in accordance with the tender specifications and proposed solutions.

To assist the company in setting up cloud environments in AWS and Azure for Web Applications that are to be deployed in client environments. Key responsibilities for this role are;
- Analyse requirements and develop Cloud Solutions for client projects. Setup and Deploy Cloud environments.
- Deploy automated scripts for setting environment
- Assist and/or Represent the Company in the technical aspect of your cloud solutions
- Conduct review and testing of cloud environment.
- To understand and research on new Cloud solutions
- Prepare documentation e.g. Cloud Design specifications, Cloud Architecture Diagrams, Acceptance Test document and participate in reviews.
- Environment System optimization.
- Development of custom scripts to meet the new functionalities required by the business.
- Setup of Microsoft OS and Microsoft Database
- Engage potential and existing clients in order to understand their business, determine technical requirements and define the scope of work needed.
- Design and propose IT turnkey solutions based on client requirements with management team, and present designed solution to clients
- Estimating AWS usage costs and identifying operational cost control mechanisms
- Communicates orally and in writing to high level public officials, as well as a variety of audiences.
- Produce weekly activity reports, oral presentations, briefings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), software development life-cycle (SDLC) documents and checklists, risk and issues logs and required artifacts.

**Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Experience in DevOps automation, containerisation and orchestration using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes and CICD Tools
- Knowledge in IAC scripts like Terraform
- Good understanding of Microsoft Architecture and Framework
- AWS and Azure Cloud certifications
- AWS and Azure Solution Architect qualification is an added advantage
- An understanding of software development implementation cycle preferred
- Experience in government projects, process and procedures will be advantageous
- Ability to understand and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent follow up, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
