**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Collaborate with global teams to design and build new functionalities in relevant languages and/or other shared (and existing) platforms that align with our blueprint
- Working closely with business stake holders to understand their requirements and deliver the business solutions.
- Should be able to work with onshore and offshore development teams to implement requirements.
- Strong developers with experience working on back office technology, who are self-starters and eager learners.
- Strong programming skill set -.Net, Sharepoint, MVC SQL, should have worked in Linux / UNIX environments.
- Should have a good understanding of the Agile methodology.
- Experience in SDLC automation tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, GitHub, Artifactory and Ansible
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of capital markets especially securities trade processing, clearing, settlements.
- Knowledge of Kafka/AMPS messaging infrastructure and database programming is a plus.
- Having knowledge in test Driven Design (TDD) tools like tSQLT, Cucumber is an added advantage.
- using RPA technology, UiPath preferred
- Experience in Shell / Perl Scripting or Python
