岗位职责
1.对公司的钒电池增容产品进行整体规划、定位、开发、包装和推广工作；
2.了解用户需求，设计产品形态，推动和协调公司产品的面世；
3.设计产品对外示范样板，并协调完成展示项目等。
任职资格
1. 本科及以上化学、化工或材料专业学历，有储能、电池领域相关专业优先；
2. 有3年以上储能、电池、化工、化学相关产品开发和项目经验者优先。
Job Responsibilities
1. Plan, position, develop, package and promote the company's vanadium battery capacity boosting products;
2. Understand user needs, design product forms, promote and coordinate the launch of the company's products;
3. Design product demonstration samples for external use, and coordinate the completion of display projects, and etc.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials, with energy storage and battery related majors preferred;
2. More than 3 years of experience in energy storage, battery, chemical engineering, and chemical related product development and projects preferred.
