**Company Profile**

SLAY is a small but growing Singapore-based artisanal jewellery brand that creates and curates jewellery with purpose.

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven individual to partner with us in growing our brand presence on social media through high quality visual content. You’ll be responsible for creating captivating content for our social media platforms, creating engagement and growing our follower base.

We believe in empowering individuals and letting their talent shine. As our lead content creator, we are looking for someone who has an aesthetic aligned with our brand, an eye for detail and a drive for perfection.

The role is part-time and hybrid and is ideal for students and gig workers looking to work roughly 20-25 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage social media platforms for the brand (Instagram and TikTok) to build a following, increase customer engagement and generate leads
- Produce engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic. This includes detailed product photos, lifestyle shots, and video content. This may include at-venue shoots during events, in-store shoots, BTS shoots, UGC content etc.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand story across all digital platforms
- Manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms
- Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers
- Stay up-to-date on trends and monitor competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant

**Requirements**:

- Skill in product photography and videography, including product styling specific to jewellery/fashion
- Strong knowledge of best practices for Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to write captivating captions and engaging content
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software)
- Hybrid work - you will need to be present in person for content creation (roughly once a week) and will need to visit shoot/promotion venues as needed.
- Flexible to work on weekends or evenings when needed for live events and special campaigns (typically during the festive season)

Having these skills would be a bonus:

- Use of a DSLR camera
- Experience in social media marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, or jewelry
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance, Student job

Pay: $300.00 - $600.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
