The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.

We have an opportunity for a **General Worker**. This role is based in **Mandai Link**and reports to the Facilities Manager.

**Key responsibilities include**
- **Cleaning and Maintenance of Facility Perimeter**
- Perform general cleaning tasks around the facility perimeter, including sweeping, clearing debris, and maintaining outdoor cleanliness.
- Ensure outdoor bins are emptied and waste is disposed of appropriately.
- Carry out periodic grass cutting and surface cleaning as required.
- **Interior Cleaning**
- Conduct regular cleaning of common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of toilets, corridors, and frequently used surfaces.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in common areas and restrooms.
- **General Repairs and Maintenance**
- Support minor repair tasks, including basic carpentry, fixture repairs, and structural adjustments.
- Assist with the upkeep of wooden materials, furniture, and general facility infrastructure.
- **Painting and Floor Markings**
- Perform occasional painting and floor marking tasks to maintain facility appearance and safety standards.
- Ensure painting tools and materials are properly maintained.
- **Waste Management**
- Operate and oversee waste management equipment, such as trash compactors.
- Manage waste segregation, disposal processes, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in waste disposal areas.
- **General Duties**
- Assist in furniture arrangement, equipment setup, and basic plumbing tasks as needed.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management or immediate supervisors.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general labour roles.
- Basic carpentry skills, including the use of hand tools for repairs.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and safe handling of paint and related materials.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment (e.g., pressure washers) effectively and safely.
