- Minimum Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting with minimum 10 years of relevant experienced including management and supervisory skills;
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with staffs, authorities and management as well as global headquarters in Japan

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages not only the Company’s operations but also including Asia Pacific region. Responsible for the smooth running of business operations, as well as achieving operating objectives.
- Responsible for reviewing existing operations and plans, as well as formulating new strategies in line with the Company’s goals including Asia Pacific region.
- Streamlines, directs, evaluates and implementation of the growth strategy as well as new processes/procedures, structures, and systems for the company including Asia Pacific region.
- Responsible for the company and Asia Pacific region’s profitability and the overall operations and financial management functions including bottom-line results of the company.
- Also overseeing all sales activities, business development, support requirements and operations of the business so as to meet profit objectives
- Reviews corporate objectives/strategies and sales targets. Have overall control and monitors of other areas such as finance, administration/human resource activities and policies, sales forecasting, etc.
- Formulates, develops, manages and evaluates company policies and procedures.
- Evaluates and identifies gaps and proposes changes to improve practices, organizational structure and culture
- Manage and coordinate efforts to succession planning, training and development and diversities initiatives
