Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide End User IT Support Services.
- Should have a strong knowledge in:

- Internet Cloud Maintenance
- Network Firewall Management
- Server maintenance and trouble shooting
- Backup server process
- ERP Systems
- Software and Hardware troubleshooting

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software
- Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of firewalls, switches, IP phones, wireless controllers and access points are a plus
- Prior experience in a helpdesk environment is a plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.

Independent and highly responsible with issued tasks

- Implement and formulate IT procedures by working in close collaboration with the Company Policy.
- Liaise with vendors in respect to IT purchase and outsourcing efforts.
- Assessment and proper management of IT related projects and provide improvement to ensure continuous improvement to achieve organization goals.
- Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers (Preferably Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2016, Windows server 2019 & Windows 10 Desktops and Laptops, Copier machines).
- Able to Install of windows servers and has good troubleshooting skills for Wintel systems, knowledge in hardening and securing of Wintel systems and troubleshooting of Error Logs.
- Manage & maintain Office 365 Administration.
- Backup management with Synology Business Solutions.
- Manage and Maintain Designing Apps like Autodesk Inventor, Vault and AutoCAD.
- To administer the SQL Server or any Web Servers.
- Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems.
- Setting up accounts for company employees with passwords and permissions.
- Liaise with end users in respect to user and system requirements.
- Microsoft cluster configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
- Working experience with various storages, precisely for cluster configurations is good to have.
- Working knowledge in SAN environment and storage space management from systems side is good to have.
- File system and quota management.
